1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our local partners who prepare in advance for your event.

| 30-60 Days before event | 50% of Total Amount |
| Less than 30 Days | No Refund |
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or a bank account provided by you.
3. Exceptions
In cases of natural disasters, government-imposed event restrictions, or unforeseen closures in India, we may offer an "Event Credit" valid for up to 12 months in lieu of a cash refund, subject to individual venue policies.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the designated venue or check-in at the hotel without prior notice will be treated as a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided.
